Increase access to polling stations, increase a trackable paper trail of voting records, decrease gerrymandering, etc.
Make sure they have sick leave available, medical insurance, and enough time in between shifts to be fully rested.
Do you promise to reject any campaign donations through any Super PAC, or wealthy donors, but instead only accept small individual donations?
